In the event of inventory changes or price adjustments, the information confirmed at the time of order placement shall prevail. We reserve the right to update product information within a reasonable scope.

4. Orders and Payment

An order enters processing once payment has been successfully completed. We support the payment methods displayed on the website. After payment, you will receive an order confirmation containing your order number and payment details.

5. Shipping Policy

We currently offer delivery throughout Australia. After payment and order confirmation, your order will enter the processing and preparation stage. Under normal circumstances, order processing takes 1–3 business days, after which the package will be handed over to our logistics partners for delivery.

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is generally 7–10 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and current logistics conditions. To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we work with commonly used Australian carriers, including Australia Post, StarTrack, and Sendle.

Orders of AUD 100 or more (including AUD 100) qualify for free shipping. Orders below AUD 100 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 9.99.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

After payment is completed, you may submit a cancellation request within 48 hours, provided that the order has not entered the picking or packing stage and has not been handed over to a carrier. Once an order has begun processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If the order has already been shipped, you may submit a return or refund request after receiving the item, in accordance with the instructions outlined in our Order Cancellation Policy. We will provide guidance based on the actual order status.

7. Return and Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 40 days from the date of delivery. If the product has visible defects, quality issues, significant color differences, unusual odors, or does not match the order details, we will accept your return or exchange request.

8. Refund Policy

If a refund request meets the applicable conditions, it will be processed as follows:

  • Refund Process: A refund will be initiated after verification;

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original payment card used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard);

  • Processing Time: Refunds are generally credited within 1–3 business days, depending on the processing speed of the card issuer.
