Welcome to Woodspacez (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”). The following Shipping Terms explain how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered through our online store.

1. Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery within Australia only, covering all regions nationwide.Delivery to locations outside Australia is not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order total:

  • Orders of AUD 100 or more (including AUD 100) qualify for free shipping.

  • Orders below AUD 100 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 9.99.

All applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout.

3. Tax Information

Product prices shown on the website include applicable taxes. No additional undisclosed tax charges will be added at checkout.

4. Order Cut-Off Time

Order processing is based on the following business hours:Australia/Sydney (AEST / AEDT) 9:00 – 18:00

  • Orders placed and paid before 18:00 are processed starting the same business day;

  • Orders placed after 18:00 are processed starting the next business day;

  • Orders submitted on non-working days will be processed on the next available business day.

5. Order Processing Time

Once an order is confirmed, it is typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

6. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days.

7. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using Australia Post, StarTrack, or Sendle, depending on the delivery address and order requirements.

8. Order Tracking

After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment summary, and carrier details. You may track your order on the “Order Tracking” page by entering your order number along with the email address or phone number used at checkout.

9. Shipping Responsibility

  • Damaged or Lost Items: If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us promptly with relevant details;

  • Shipping Changes or Cancellations: Requests may be submitted before shipment; once dispatched, shipping details cannot be modified;

  • Delivery Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or delivery issues.

10. Receipt Guidelines

We recommend inspecting the package upon delivery. If there is visible damage or any irregularity, please document it at the time of receipt and contact us as soon as possible.
